I am sorry. It was not my intention to leave you all hanging like that!  This website has suffered greatly during the time it took to get from that bed to here. 

Somehow, I had survived a third windowmaker!  And after being successfully "stented" a few more times, I was feeling great and ready to go home. 

Unfortunately during a procedure to remove the Impella heart pump I went into ventricular fibrillation and  I died.

What I experienced during those 17 minutes before I was resuscitated had a profound impact on my life and the lives of my family.

 After  being released from the hospital I quickly realized that I had been gone for three weeks.   

(Yes, the elevator still goes to the top, but at times it makes a few stops along the way).

Unfortunately,  when I tried to get back into the saddle and work on the website, I managed to totally wrecked everything!  I could not remember how to do the most basic functions.  It was not until today that I have been able figure things out. (Sort of.) Your patience while I get things back up to speed here is greatly appreciated.

My message for you today is simple. I hope that you grab and use every idea that you can off this website and put it into use for yourself in any way that you see fit. 

The only way we are going to make any kind of impactful change for our environment is to do this for ourselves.
